You can hover over the launch button to see a tooltip with the reason why it’s disabled or greyed out.
The most common reason for the launch button to be disabled / greyed out is that you haven’t selected an Ad set. Check that you have selected some media files to launch. Also check that your ad copy is not empty.
If you have selected an Ad set and media files but the launch button is still disabled / greyed out, please reach out to us on Slack and we’ll help you out.
