Allowed Tokens
You can use any of the following tokens in your custom naming convention
| Token | Description | Example Value |
|---|---|---|
{{customText}} | Custom text that you can specify | Any text you enter |
{{dateFormat}} | Date in specified format (see available formats below) | Various formats available |
{{id}} | Unique identifier assigned by Admanage | 3 |
{{creator}} | Name of the creator | john |
{{filename}} | Name of the file | newHookAd_1x1 |
{{filetype}} | Type of the file | Video |
Example: To format the date as “Week 01 Year 23”, use {{dateFormat:ww-yy}}
Remove a Token
You can Click x to remove any tokens that you don’t want
Add Custom Text
Click this on the custom text field
