# Troubleshoot: Launch button disabled or greyed out

<Tip>You can hover over the launch button to see a tooltip with the reason why it's disabled or greyed out.</Tip>

The most common reason for the launch button to be disabled / greyed out is that you haven't selected an Ad set.

Check that you have selected some media files to launch.

Also check that your ad copy is not empty.
